Cancellation Policy

 We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you have to cancel an appointment and we do try to be as flexible as possible where we can. As our clients, we hope that you understand our schedules are very tight. We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy and make as much flexibility as possible that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalised for the cancellation.

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

• Clients must cancel out of a treatment with at least 48 hours notice.
  
• If you cancel within the 48-hour time period of the start time of the class/session, you will be charged for that treatment or a session deducted from your package.
  
• All class cancellations must be done via email or through the website directly   
  

Refund Policy: 

Once a payment is made for a treatment, product or package no refunds allowed. Products can be exchanged if returned within 14 day period unopened. 

Subscription cancellation 

If you are looking to cancel or pause your monthly subscription please do give us at least 2 weeks notice to be paused and a months notice to cancel, in order for us to cancel any continuing payments and ensure money isn’t deducted in correctly.
